A popular dish in the Punjab region of northern India, Tandoori is known for its vibrant paprika colour and flavours of roast cumin, mint and ginger. Perfect for BBQs, my special blend of aromatic herbs and spices adds zing to any recipe.

This spice marinade is super versatile - use it as a marinade, rub or as a base for a curry dish, the choice is yours. 

Geeta’s Tip:  My Searing Tandoori Spice Marinade is great with chicken. Garnish with some chopped red onion, lemon wedges, fresh coriander, and mint leaves.
