Serves Ingredients
- 2 slices of quality wholemeal, seeded loaf
- 1 pan-seared chicken breast cut into slices
- 2 tbsp soft cream cheese
- 4 or 5 sugar snap pea pods, sliced lengthways
- 1 or 2 radishes, thinly sliced
- Geeta’s Premium Lime & Chilli Chutney
- Coriander leaves and pea shoots to garnish
Method
- Spread each slice of bread with cream cheese
- Arrange the chicken slices on top
- Add the slices of radish and sugar snap peas
- Garnish with pea shoots and fresh coriander leaves
- Serve with a spoonful of chutney
