Tikka Curry Paste
A medium Tikka Curry Paste with tomatoes and exotic spices. Creates a delicious aromatic curry for 2.

Shopping List: (serves 2)
1 tbsp oil
1 finely chopped onion
250 – 300g diced chicken
200g chopped canned tomatoes
100ml single cream
1 pack Geeta’s Tikka Curry Paste
Stir fry onion in oil until browned.
Add chicken and cook until sealed.
Stir in paste and cook for 1 – 2 minutes.
Add tomatoes and stir for 4 – 5 minutes.
Add 100ml single cream, heat through and simmer for 10 minutes or until meat is cooked.
Keep in a cool place. Once opened, consume immediately.
