Ingredients

  • Geeta’s Warming Smoked Aubergine Cooking Sauce
  • 1tbsp vegetable oil
  • 200g Paneer Cheese cut into cubes
  • Small bunch of fresh coriander
  • Long-grain white rice for serving.

Method

  1. Heat the oil in a pan and once hot add in the paneer and fry for 5 minutes turning regularly until paneer begins to turn golden
  2. Add in the contents of this jar and simmer for 10 minutes.
  3. Ensure everything is thoroughly cooked before consuming.
  4. Serve and garnish with fresh coriander leaves, and long-grain white rice.
