COOKING INSTRUCTIONS (Serves 2 – 3):
Stir fry 340g diced chicken, lamb, prawns or mixed vegetables in oil for 5 mins.
Sprinkle over the spice mix and stir fry for 1 – 2mins.
Add sauce and simmer for 15 mins, stirring occasionally. Increase simmer time if using lamb.
Jar and Lid are recyclable.
Keep in a cool place. Once opened, keep refrigerated and consume within four days.
