Madras Curry Paste
A spicy Madras Curry Paste with tamarind and exotic spices. Creates a delicious aromatic curry for 2.

Shopping List: (Serves 2)
1 tbsp oil
1 finely chopped onion
250 – 300g diced chicken
200g chopped canned tomatoes
100 – 120ml water
1 pack Geeta’s Madras Curry Paste
Stir fry onion in oil until browned.
Add chicken & cook until sealed.
Stir in paste & cook for 1 – 2 minutes.
Add tomatoes & stir for 4 – 5 minutes.
Add 100 – 120ml water, heat through & simmer for 10 minutes or until meat is cooked.
Keep in a cool place. Once opened, consume immediately.
