Stir-Fried in Stevenage

Stir Fry With Geeta's Premium Mango Chutney


  • 300gms of mixed veggies of your choice. We recommend Baby Corn, Mangetout, Bell Peppers, Bean Sprouts.
  • 150gms chopped chicken breasts, or beef strips, or prawns (optional)
  • 1 clove garlic finely chopped
  • 1 teaspoon of ginger finely chopped
  • Oil
  • Salt, black pepper to taste
  • Noodles (optional)
  • Geeta’s Premium Mango Chutney


  • Add 1 tablespoon of oil to your wok
  • Add garlic and ginger and stirfry for 2 mins, being careful not to burn.
  • If using meat, add and cook.
  • Add the veggies and stir fry for a few minutes until the veggies are cooked but not too soft (you can add the cooked noodles and/or prawns at this stage – optional)
  • Add a healthy dollop of Geeta’s Premium Mango Chutney and cook for another minute.
  • Season to taste.
