300gms of mixed veggies of your choice. We recommend Baby Corn, Mangetout, Bell Peppers, Bean Sprouts.
150gms chopped chicken breasts, or beef strips, or prawns (optional)
1 clove garlic finely chopped
1 teaspoon of ginger finely chopped
Oil
Salt, black pepper to taste
Noodles (optional)

Method
Add 1 tablespoon of oil to your wok
Add garlic and ginger and stirfry for 2 mins, being careful not to burn.
If using meat, add and cook.
Add the veggies and stir fry for a few minutes until the veggies are cooked but not too soft (you can add the cooked noodles and/or prawns at this stage – optional)
Add a healthy dollop of Geeta’s Premium Mango Chutney and cook for another minute.
