Tomato & Chilli Pan-Fried Potatoes
It couldn't be easier to create a spicy potato side dish. Think of this as our version of patatas bravas, the famous Spanish dish. Quick and easy to make, it's great as a side dish for BBQs, buffet-style eating or a light weekday meals with chicken, pancetta, prawns or fish.

Ingredients

  • 300g new potatoes
  • Olive oil
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • Geeta’s Spicy Tomato & Chilli Sauce
  • Fresh coriander

Method

  1. Par boil the new potatoes, drain and cut in half.
  2. Heat 1-2 tablespoons of oil in a saucepan.
  3. Add the potatoes and season to taste and pan fry on a medium heat
  4. When potatoes are almost cooked, add half to three quarter jar of sauce and continue heat until cooked through
